How to optimize the high-speed twin-screw extrusion to improve production efficiency and product quality when processing high-viscosity and high-filling rate materials?
Screw design optimization: At the same screw speed, increasing the depth of the screw groove can greatly increase the conveying volume, which is especially important for high-filling rate materials.
